Why Don’t I Have Member Points for My Orders on MMOJUGG?

If your orders aren’t showing member points, don’t worry—it’s usually a simple fix! Under normal circumstances, points are added to your account immediately once your order is fully completed and delivered. If you don't see them, here are the most common reasons:
Points and member discounts only apply when you log in to your MMOJUGG.com account before placing the order.
If you ordered as a guest or without logging in, the system cannot automatically link the purchase to your member profile and the points will not be issued.Points are issued the moment the delivery is finished. If the order is still in progress—such as payment pending, delivery ongoing, or restocking—points will appear once the status is officially marked as "Delivered".

- 24-Hour Window: We can manually add points for orders placed within the last 24 hours – just contact us via chat or email with your order number.
- After 24 Hours: If your order is older than 24 hours, points generally cannot be added retroactively to keep the system fair. That said, if you're a long-term customer or have any special situation, feel free to reach out via chat – we'll be happy to see if there's anything we can do to assist!
- Log in to your account on MMOJUGG.com.
- Go to User Center → "Points" to see your current points.
- If points are missing from a recent order (within 24 hours), click the chat bubble (bottom right) and say:
“I forgot to log in for order #[your order number] – can you add the points to my account?”
- Log In First: Always log in before shopping to ensure your member discount applies and points are tracked automatically.
- Check Status: Ensure your order status has changed to "Delivered" before checking your balance.
