We’ve all been there — staring at the order page, refreshing every 30 seconds while your character sits naked in the starting zone. Totally understandable. Waiting sucks, especially during the TBC Anniversary rush.
Here’s exactly how our delivery works, the realistic times, and how to avoid the usual headaches. 🛡️
- 90% of our orders are delivered within 15 to 60 minutes after payment clears. ⚡
- Smaller orders often land in 15–30 minutes.
- Bigger ones can take a little longer, but we rarely go beyond a few hours. In any case, we always finish every order within 24 hours.
If you choose In-game Mail, you will usually receive our “Order Completed” email first. After that, please wait about 1 hour and then check your in-game mailbox. World of Warcraft applies a fixed 1-hour delay on gold sent via mail on Anniversary servers. The countdown starts once we send the mail.
We offer three ways to get your gold. Here’s the honest breakdown:
- 📩 In-game Mail – The option we recommend for most people.
It’s the simplest and fastest overall. Our suppliers also prefer it, so orders tend to move quicker. Just keep in mind that 1-hour World of Warcraft delay I mentioned earlier. - 🤝 Face-to-Face (F2F) – The classic meet-up trade.
We’ll arrange a time and place in-game (usually bank area). When the trade window pops up, put one green-quality item or a cheap material in there. It makes the trade look like a normal player deal in the game logs and adds a bit more safety. - ⚖️ Auction House (AH) – Generally considered the safest method by the community.
No direct trade, no mail. You list something decent on the AH, we buy it at the agreed price. This is especially useful if your character name has special characters or you just want zero hassle coordinating.
Tip: Most players go with Mail because it’s convenient. But if safety is your top priority, AH is hard to beat.
Once payment is verified, your order status changes to “Processing” and you’ll get a confirmation email. ✅
- Verification: For normal orders (PayPal balance or linked card), things move fast. If you used an e-Check or placed a very large order, we sometimes need a quick extra security check — usually just 1–2 minutes, though e-Check can take longer.
- Delivery: When the delivery is done, we automatically mark the order as “Delivered” and send you a completion email.
- The Wait: A lot of players message us saying “I got the email but no gold yet.” Nine times out of ten, it’s just the 1-hour mail delay from World of Warcraft. Give it a few extra minutes and check your mailbox again. 📬
- We will never ask for your account password. Ever. 🚫
- For Face-to-Face trades, always toss in a green item or low-value material.
- Double-check your character name, realm, and faction before you finish checkout.
- Pro tip: Right after placing an order, jump into live chat and ask us to quickly confirm the details. It only takes 30 seconds and saves everyone (including you) a lot of trouble.
Q: I entered the wrong character name or picked the wrong faction. What now?
Contact support immediately (best right after checkout). Give us your order number and the correct info. We can usually pause delivery and fix it quickly. Getting into the habit of letting us double-check right after you order really helps avoid these issues.Q: Why is my order still stuck on “Processing”?
It usually means we’re still verifying the payment or preparing the delivery. e-Check payments and large orders often need that extra security step, so they can take a bit longer than normal ones.
Q: How do I know the gold has actually been sent?
You’ll get an email when we mark it delivered. Then just check your in-game mail (remember the possible 1-hour delay) or Auction House.
Click the chat bubble on the right or reply to your order email. We’re online 24/7 and usually get back to you fast. 🎧
